It has always been Treasure Maison's policy to treat our customers the way we like to be treated ourselves.
The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment.
We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered.
We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, Google checkout, cashier checks, personal checks, money orders. Upon receival, personal checks will be held until verification of funds availablity. Only then will items be mailed.
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Customer Service/Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the review by our Customer Service/Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock you will be notified regarding its impending availability.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY:
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES:
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. For multiple items, we do our best to combine packages when possible to reduce fees, which we pass along to you. No sales tax is included on items.
